Our dedication to have the highest safety also impacts the public in the communities that surround our plant locations. This includes adhering to all of our customers safety measures when we’re operating on site.
It is our belief that a healthy workplace is not only a right for every employee but also a business imperative for the company. We take extraordinary precautionary measures to minimize the risk of accidents, injuries and exposure to health hazards in the manufacturing and shipping of all our boilers, burners and heat recovery product solutions.
We’re continually revising our health and safety protocols. We provide substantial safety training to all employees. Training includes not only new hires, but also periodic refresher training for everyone. Safety is taken very seriously at Victory Energy.
